Some pedals (often Fuzz) are powered up with so-called reverse polarity, with '+' in the middle. This cable enables you to provide the correct DC power for these pedals. This polarity is used in older or positive ground pedals as for example the Fulltone ’69 Fuzz, Soulbender, or Octafuzz. Also compatible with Radial Tonebone series.
