Jyri Helko of Oceanhoarse is getting ready for their first shows outside Finland, nowhere nearer than Japan. We swapped out a few older pedals and put some new Darkglass treats on their place and added a DI box for recording purposes. We were careful not to cross the 20 kg weight limit to avoid extra baggage fees, and finally the board weighed in at 19,3 kilos. The coloured Pro-Gaff tapes are a great way to mark the settings on pedals, as well as the quite complex signal chain. Marking the settings ensures a quick and efficient setup after transport.
