Friedman BE-OD gives you the overdrive sound of Friedman BE-100 amp in a pedal. BE-100 is a british-sounding amp, reminiscent of JCM800 and 900.
- Controls:
Vol: Sets output volume level.
Gain: Sets the amount of gain. At 7 o'clock you will get a light overdrive, towards 5 o'clock you will move into a high gain hard rock territory.
Bass, Treble and Pres: Tone controls for the pedal.
Tight: Adjusts low frequencies. Tighter sound towards 5 o'clock.
Internal Gain trimpot: There is an internal trimpot adjusting the gain range of the pedal. Factory setting is at 12 o'clock. Towards 7 o'clock you will get less gain, towards 5 o'clock more gain.
